Rank should not be decimal

Description

I was surprised in Pathfinder to see that rank were shown as a decimal value. It makes it less readable, and on top of it, rank can only have integer values in this game.

I tried 3.5 SRD, and it's the same. But when creating a character, it's possible for her to have half-ranks in cross class skills. That's the main problem there, I don't remember characters having the possibility to have such half-rank so I think there is a bug there. I believe that cross class skills to cost two skill point to gain a rank, and the maximum is less than class skills.

I don't think there is any system where you can have half ranks, so it should be corrected. If there is such a system, the value should be displayed as a decimal only when it makes sense, and default to integer.

So what you are asking for is that the formatting of the output be use the integer form unless there was a half rank present. Got it.

James, I'm looking at the tracker clone you made for this... Just had a quick question, is the OS token changed to no decimal unless there is a '.5' present, or do I need to add '.INTVAL' to the OS Token? I can't test the behavior against the code yet as I'm not running full trunk, still working in 5.17.10.

Output sheet code used was |TEXT.REPLACEFIRST{\.0,}.SKILL.%skill.RANK|

Tested with PF and RSRD, fixed in 5.17.17-dev (svn 17118).
