Skills preview pane does render correctly in some corner-cases

Steps to reproduce:

1) Load Pathfinder Advanced from basic
2) File new
3) Go to skills, -5 to everything, true because of all scores set to 0
4) Roll scores, all at 10
5) Go to skills, still -5 to everything in the HTML pane
6) Toggle any skill -> rerender and A-ok

Quick-fix: rerender the skills pane in the background if ability scores are changed.
Quick-fix2: rerender the skills pane when you switch to it from another pane.

This also happens when equipping magic items that alter skill bonuses or ability scores.
