Skills, Feats, Spells, and Equipments tabs.
Description
No matter what settings I have applied, the skills, feats, spells, and equipment tabs will not show anything to choose from. I reinstalled just to be sure that I didn't change any setting I didn't remember.
Please help. This makes it literally impossible to complete a character.

This was fixed in 5.17.11. The issue is you are running Java 7 and up until PCGen 5.17.11, pcgen was not compatible with Java 7.
