Abilities Tab - Tree collapses after a selection is made

Updated ability list rebuilds to adjust the existing lists rather than to do full rebuilds.

Well, this works, but breaks the Mult Abilities. I'm no longer able to get the list to update to correctly display the x2, or x3. Switching tabs doesn't force an update.

To reproduce take Toughness two or more times.

Choices are back now - thanks for picking that one up.
