Characters do not load into GMGen
Description
It appears that in 5.17.11 (patched to 5.17.13) GMGen does not load characters either from PCGen or from the load function. This appears to be an issue prior to patching to 5.17.13.

Here is the screen shot for tis issue. Using Load does not open the character in PCGen or add it to GMGen.

I can confirm that the problem still exists in 5.17.14. I have the same issue on a windows 7 64-bit os.

Linked up GMGen bus messaging with the new UI. GMGen now gets advised of new, open, close actions and the new UI is able to process most requests from GMGen.
