Dragon Classes using ADD:LEVEL|Sorcerer and BONUS:PCLEVEL|Sorcerer requires a Reload before the Sorcerer Spells will appear

Select Race - Dragon Black/Wyrm
After it finishes giving the levels, switch to Spells Tab... No Sorcerer. Save/Reload Character, Spells Shows Sorcerer.

This is no longer the case with Red Wyrm Dragon, as the Feature Request fixes that. The issue should still be valid for Any Black or Blue Dragons.

Spellcasting info was not being registered when the ADD:SPELLCASTER|Sorcerer was processed, only when it was reloaded. It is added now.

Nice, that also fixed an issue with Eclipse Spellcasting, so Double Bonus!
