A few reports about the Conditional Skills seems to indicate there is a refresh issue.

I spoke too soon on the Acrobatics (Jump/Underground). Might not have been a typo in the LST. So my sample character was saved with 0 ranks in skills. Reloaded it and added ranks, Jump/Underground stayed at 0 ranks in MAX RANKS on the skills tab. Saved the cahracter and closed and reopened PCGen. MAX RANKS suddenly appeared in the skills tab the way they were supposed to be. Saved the char and then restarted again and the MAX RANKS disappeared again for the cascaded skills. NOTE: The only difference between the two is the tail end encapsulated in a var("x")
I noticed that it seems to be ignoring the skills listed preference. I normally have it only include skills with at least one rank and 5.17.20 is including them all. This may be related.
Could you retry this in the current autobuild please? I suspect at least the skills listed issue is fixed already.
Fixed as a result of work on - same root cause I suspect.
