Unable to find source Errors after selective source windows install

Description

As I realised I'm only using the RSRD and homebrew currently, I did a selective install of 6.0, and removed most of the sources other than RSRD and some WOTC Alphas.

Starting pcgen (not even loading any sources) then gives issues:

Additional - further errors appeared (initially thought to be from my homebrew) when the selective install had been used, however doing a full install of all sets of 6.0 again, removed the errors noted... I had installed the RSRD which is the only source my homebrew is dependant upon, so cannot explain why not installing all other sources would affect this.

It would appear the selective install keeps the GameModes which look for those specific sources. If you remove the gamemodes of those (Modern and Pathfinder) errors will go away.

Yes the errors in the original report can be safely ignored.

The errors reported in your comment look to be due to problems in your home brew sets, specifically a definition of an ability category feat in your home brew files that duplicates the one in the distributed sets.

can the errors in the first report be suppressed? just cause I didn't do a full install shouldn't give me errors surely?

The second set - the problem is, if I load that same homebrew after a full install, I don't get any errors...
