HP storage mismatched vs. actual PCClassLevel

Description

The manual and automated methods for storing HP vs class levels are mismatched, and the rollHP method is storing incorrectly (HP for Fighter(1) is stored against Fighter(0))

This appears to have caused the HP capabilities in the new UI to be built against the wrong PCClassLevel as well, so this mismatch requires wide-ranging fixes

Partial patch for the issue- catches only some of the places in the new UI that the level mismatch seems to occur. Certainly not complete (HP display is not correct)
