Description

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/PCGenListFileHelp/message/23090

The cost modifier for spell components doesn't allow for different costs for other classes.

Example
COST:100|Druid,0|Cleric,0

Back in 5.10 I found this:

Tag Name: COST:x|y,x
Variables Used : Number (Component Cost)
Variables Used : Text (Name of Class, optional)
What it does:
This is the cost of the spells components.
Example:
COST:300
This spell's components cost 300 gold.
COST:1000|Druid,0|Cleric,100
This spell's components cost 0 for a Druid, 100 for a Cleric and 1000 for everyone else.

So the question becomes when did it get yanked... pushing to code as this isn't DATA.
