Purchase Tab - Add 'Delete Custom Item' menu item

The Item Customizer lost the DELETE function. Please re-implement this for 6.0.1!

Function added to the right click menu of the available (left hand) table. It will automatically remove the item to be deleted from the character's inventory and equipment sets.
