PREAPPLY:PC is not showing up in the Temporary Bonus list
Description
Shield, and it looks like all others, that have PREAPPLYC as part of a spell are NOT showing up under the Temporary Bonus tab so they can be added to a character.
This is in 6.0.0 and 6.1.2-dev

They do appear, but only after another event updates the temporary bonus list, e.g. leveling up, applying a kit, adding an ability, reloading etc.
The list also needs to be regenerated after spells are added.

Ah, Ok. I never reloaded the character.
That said, I would like to see a button or something that updates all events. I have seen many times where something only shows up after a character reload.
