While updating the unit test for Lauren, I discovered the skill ranks granted from ADD:SKILL test I just performed were missing. I double checked and the granting feat is still present.
This isn't a load bug so much as a save bug. The skill ranks granted by the ADD:SKILL tag are not saved to the character file and there are no association saved for the feat which contains the ADD. As a result there is no data to load.
Another interesting aspect is that the skills chosen are not shown in the feat choices column on the abilities tab.
Fixing this will be fiddly, so I am not going to tackle it pre-6.2, particularly as it is not used frequently and it could be replaced by a CHOOSE/BONUS combo. Consideration should be given post-6.2 to deprecating the ADD:SKILL tag and replacing it with that combo in all cases.
Note that there are two sub-issues here, one related to saving ADD:SKILL (and possibly ANY add?) on an Ability when persisted to PCG.
The second issue is that ADD:SKILL is not persisting levels on any form of object (incl a Race, for example)
