Spell ToDo not displayed for spontaneous divine casters
Description
The Todo-List on the summary page should display an entry for spontaneous divine casters, if not all knows spells have been selected, just as it does for arcane spell casters.

This was a relic form the original implementation when there were no spontaneous divine spellcasters.
Fixed as of Subversion revision 21615.

Corrected the assumption in the spells todo code that specialty spells could always use both specialty and normal spell slots.
