MASTERBONUSRACE not granting bonuses

PSICRYSTAL:
Any idea when the PsiCrystal bonus will be able to be added? I have a Single-Minded [+3 to Concentration check] but the skill bonus is not populated to the Skills Page.
I created a PsiCrystal as a companion but still nothing.

I've confirmed this behavior by loading the Complete RSRD, creating a Human Psion, Level 1, adding the PsiCrystal Affinity Feat, and adding a Psicrystal (Single Minded) companion, both Alertness (VFEAT) and the Concentration bonus of +3 (BONUS:SKILL) are not getting applied to the master.
