Remove spells request when over count

I stumbled over the default house rules option "BONUSSPELLKNOWN" after fresh installation of PCGen on a new machine.

After a while we realized that my character wasn't rule conform. Finally I identified the enabled house rule "BONUSSPELLKNOWN", and disabled it.

As a matter of fact my sorcerer had to much known spells.

I expected that PCGen complains about the much known spells, and wants me to reduce some (or better only one of the latest chosen) spells, but there wasn't any such request in the dialog field "Things to be Done".

Can this request be added, please?
