TEMPLATE.x.FEAT information is lost on PCG save/restore

Related to (but not identical - they are separate issues).
TEMPLATE.x.FEAT (the export token) fails to properly restore information at PCG load. This can be demonstrated by looking at the XML output for Jango, who currently does NOT list the FEAT in the XML output even though 2 of the templates have a FEAT token
