Bonuses to variables on alt-head of two-headed weapon aren't applied

When putting a BONUS:VAR tag in an EQMOD, and adding that EQMOD to the alt-head of a two-headed weapon, the bonus doesn't seem to trigger. A DEFINE in an EQMOD added to a two-headed weapon does trigger. I haven't tried other BONUS types to see if they are affected.
