UI not displaying the DESC or BENEFIT text till it's taken by the character.
Description
While testing a Bard Character, I noticed the DESC/BENEFIT was not displaying at all when on the selection panel, once added to the taken side, the DESC/BENEFIT both displayed.

Recent ability code had assumed it was only for abilities the character possessed. Fixed now.
