UI Performs a display before sort, causes (unnecessary) glitch

Items like default clothing that pop up are sorted AFTER popup, which is rather annoying, as you can see the item you want, be reaching for it, and in the span of the fraction of a second before you click, the list changes order and you select the incorrect item.

Lists displayed for selection must be sorted before they are displayed
