Ability: Shifter's Blessing
BONUS:ABILITYPOOL|Shifter's Blessing Selection|1+var("ShifterAdditional")
var should be VAR, the discrepancy makes Shifter's Blessing Selection occur every level instead of once at 3rd and every 5 levels thereafter.
