&nl; in DESC tag causes OS indent paragraph formatting to change to double space paragraph formatting

Description

I'm not sure if this is CODE or OS. When &nl; is encountered in a DESC tag, this should be formatted with normal indent formatting or single line formatting. The way it is now, if any DESC tag has any &nl; code in it the description gets a leading carriage return and &nl; is replaced with a double carriage return. This has the effect of making the ability description take up too much vertical space.

This is working as expected.FOP (the tool we use to generate PDF) does not have a simple equivalent to the BR tag. Hence we have to switch to paragraph formatting.

Hi James, While this is working in PDF exports, it is not working in preview standard d20 htm and probably also not in export htm. I haven't checked esport htm, I almost never use that,

Just to clarify... Paragraph formatting is what I want in htm OS... just like PDF.
