pcgen.sh errors out on Ubuntu

Description

It seems like the script uses python and doesn't seem to work even with python installed.

pcgen.sh: 14: pcgen.sh: Syntax error: "elif" unexpected (expecting "then")

Environment

Ubuntu 16.04, Java 1.8.101, Python 2.7.11-1

pcgen.sh uses shell, not python

Did you try to reproduce? I got this issue reported by an user and I was able to reproduce.

I tried running with 'dash', 'sh', 'bash' and 'zsh'

How did you repro?

I did from a Ubuntu VM, then ran the command as: sudo sh pcgen.sh
or whatever the file name is. You might not need the sudo.
