increase button size for use with tablet devices

The buttons for adding skill points, etc are very small when displayed on a tablet device (using 10" screen), and as they are located vertically without a space between the add & remove rank buttons it's extremely difficult to accurately select. I'm familiar with touchscreens but can still only hit the + button about 60% of the time, the rest of the time I accidentally hit the button immediately above or below it when adding skill points. Making the buttons just a bit bigger would greatly improve accuracy on touchscreen devices. It's a frustration when leveling up, but makes it impossible when trying to edit anything in-game.
