UI Regression Bug

I'm getting a strange Mouse over display when the mouse goes across the SUMMARY tab level with the Deity Selection - It stretches out and covers the other fields. I also have doubling of the tabs, where it looks like another tab is open behind the current one. Attached are two screen shots. This is a NEW development in the last few days. I think your UI commit might be a likely cause.
