Can't save character and resultant error leaves pcg blank.

In correlation to tracker #2788116
It says I can't save the Character and completely erases the ENTIRE PCG file, leaving only a blank file. Luckily I have a backup copy.
I can supply the required set.

Crash during character save causes empty file
Strategy needs to be to save to temp file & rename?

Character save has been reordered so that the full persistence of the character to the save format is done before the file system is changed. It is only once we know the character is exported to the PCG format that the backup gets made and the new file written.
This means that if there is a failure in saving the original character is safe and will not be changed.
