PREREGION:x to check multiple regions

Description

SF - ID: 1847117
Last Update: Settings changed ( thpr )
Details:

According to the docs the syntax is

PREREGION:x

where x is the region tested.

In order to test for multiple regions you have to use the PREMULT tag.
Now for my complaint: In Greyhawk, Forgotten Realms, etc., there are
many feats that are regional feats which a character could take if
he/she came from one of several regions. Proposal: change PREREGION:x
to PREREGION:[#|]x,x where # is optional (defaulting to 1) which is the
number of regions tested for.
-------------------------
I think the number is not needed. I believe a PC can only have one region at a time. If that is correct the the 1 is implicite and need not be stated, all that is needed is for multiple regions to be checked to see if the PS has one from the list.

I believe a number is needed, because of the house rule that a new region
can be added for every two ranks gained in Knowledge (Local). This rule is
found in the Living Greyhawk Campaign Sourcebook.
