Harrow Class Error
Description
Code for Harrow class from Inner Sea Campaign Setting seems to have error regarding 5 ranks in perform. Added 5 ranks to Perform (Oratory) and it did not allow me to add Harrow despite all other req's met.

Tested the syntax, so that appears to be fine. I'll need to see your character to figure out what is going on.
