Add special ability mods to three epic staves
Description
Add the following mods to the Epic staves:
Fiery Power - flaming
Nature's Fury - bane
Planar Might - bane
And fix up the SPROPs, where appropriate.

Also:
Created one of each version (chaotic, evil, good, and lawful bane) of the Rod of Planar Might and a kit to select the version off the Epic staves table.
Added the subtype to the Finaldeath epic specific weapon (Undead Dread)--didn't know how to do it the first time.
Changed two "standards" to "specifics" in the Rod of Epic Might alternative weapons.
