1). Major vs. Minor. Each artifact was originally classified in the RSRD as either a major artifact or a minor artifact, and some of the artifacts in PCGen are labeled as such and some are not. It would add a bit of information and consistency if they were all labeled as to their types.
2). Epic? Additionally, the artifacts, both major and minor, were either in the Epic rules or the non-Epic rules. Potentially, the Epic type could be applied to those described in the Epic rules, for clarity of origin.
I could do these tasks, if approved.
Thinking about it some more, the "Epic" type is probably unnecessary since the source line distinguishes well enough which items are to be found where.

Removed Epic descriptors from the three Psionic artifacts as they are not in the Epic files.
Added Major or Minor to each remaining artifact, based on its category.
Added Epic descriptions after all to those it applied to since some from the Epic group already had it.
Added Minor to the Crystal Hypnosis ball as it is described with "In effect, this is a minor artifact and cannot be created".
