Monks can take Shaitan Style feats without meeting prerequisites

When selecting feats, Monks qualify for the Shaitan Style feat chain based only on their Monk level, regardless of whether or not they have any of the requisite feats (even previous feats in the chain).

It appears the program uses the minimum Monk level as a substitute for all prerequisites rather than only BAB.
