[ARG] Improvisation and Improved Improvisation

Description

The bonuses of the feats Improvisation and Improved Improvisation are not given in the skills.
Improvisation gives a +2 to all skill the character doesn’t have and allow the use of all trained skills untrained.
Improved Improvisation halves non proficiency penalty with weapons, armor, and shields; and improve the +2 bonus from Improvisation to +4.

If it's not implemented in that book, then it's likely not a Data Doable feature. This requires Code Support.

You have three issues that need to be addressed:
1) +2 Skill Bonus to All skills the PC doesn't have (I can only assume this means anything without a rank) - Which is an oddball to code up.. BONUS:SKILL|x|2|PRESKILL:*,ANY=NoRank So, you have +2, take a rank, and now you've lost a point. Improved would be worse. Anyways, you need a Syntax that will work globally and doesn't require a monkey to do a Bonus Skill tag for every known skill in existence. (This is called an ugly data hack)

2) I'm only assuming make a Trained Skill usable Untrained means display all Skills - Ugly Data Hack would be BONUS:SKILLRANK|AllSkillsWithNoRank|1 but then we now have a rank, so we loop to no bonus, oh snap now we've entered an endless loop issue, once you resolve the loop, then you'd want a BONUS:SKILL|AllSkillsWeJust gaveAFakeRankTo|-1 so the bonus is correct - Now every Knowledge, Craft, Performance and skill we've never heard of, is displayed... You might as well just come up with Untrained (Dex Based), Untrained (Int Based), Untrained (Wis Based) and Untrained (Cha Based) and bonus those skills - You'd need to make them Conditional displayed skills.

3) "Half the penalty" this is taking a virtual unknown variable based upon Armor, and cutting it in half. I don't know if we have an existing variable created that will take a '-ExistingVar/2' - this may or may not be possible right now. (Grey area)

Over-all, this requires a lot of work if you want a data solution, or some new code support.

This is implemented for the core books (Core rules...)

ESPECIALLY the Armor and Shield AC penalty stuff. Give this a test and I'll see about getting the rest done later, or you can now that the method is plain to use.
