Bestiary III- Implement Unfettered Eidolon progression with evolution points, etc.

Description

As noted on pg 110-11 of Pathfinder Bestiary 3, the unfettered eidolon can take a variety of forms and has its own progression with evolution points relating to hit dice and other improvements independent of a master. Would it be possible for these customizations and progressions to be put into PCGen?

Give this a good test. B3 will currently have two Unfettered Eidolons, since compiling a kit to make the default one is not something I want to tangle with at the moment. Pretty much everything should be implemented (Attacks, reach, etc.) The only thing I didn't bother with was the +2 Acrobatics situation.

Let me know if any of these things constitute new issues.

General progression issues:
Ability Score Increases: According to the above link, the eidolon receives extra ability score increases in the following pattern: “Also at 2 Hit Dice, and every 3 HD thereafter, an unfettered eidolon adds +1 to both its Strength and Dexterity scores. At 5 Hit Dice, and every 4 HD thereafter, an unfettered eidolon adds +1 to any one of its ability scores.” This doesn’t seem to be implemented or working yet.

Armor class increase: In PCGen, the armor class of the eidolon is remaining static. Excerpted from the link: “At 2 Hit Dice, and every 3 HD thereafter, an unfettered eidolon's base armor bonus increases by +2. This bonus may be split between an armor bonus and a natural armor bonus.”

Specific evolution issues:
Claws Prereqs: Claws require either arms or legs. PCGen is allowing selection of claws without the arm or leg evolutions.

Energy attacks: Allowing a selection from acid, cold, electricity, or fire would be nice.

Flight Evolution: This is not giving me any maneuverability. The source material says good maneuverability.

Huge/Large evolutions: These are not increasing size.

Magical Flight: This isn’t giving me any maneuverability. The source material says perfect. In addition, PCgen’s not letting buy additional flight speed.

Weapon Training: PCGen is allowing me to select this without the arms evolution. If I’ve added it twice, it won’t let me remove it.

Weapon Training - Raise that as a Code Issue - (Unable to remove after being taken twice). There might already be a bug for it.

Where does it say you need the arms evolution to acquire the Weapon Training?

I made a rookie mistake and had CL instead of the correct format.

Okay, everything implemented. Except the req that isn't present.
