Missing Samsaran alternate racial traits and wizard favored class bonus

The Samsaran race is missing any way to pick (as far as I can tell) the Mystic Past Life alternate racial traits, and is also missing the favored class option for wizard: Wizard Add one spell from the wizard spell list to the wizard's spellbook.
