Racial Heritage Feat doesn't interact with Scarred Witch Doctor Archetype
Description
When creating a human witch with the Racial Heritage feat (Orc), PCgen won't let you pick the Scarred Witch Doctor archetype. It says that the racial perquisite of Orc hasn't been satisfied.
