(Ultimate Combat) PCGen allowing Divine strategist archetype Channel Energy

According to here: http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateCombat/classArchetypes/cleric.html#_divine-strategist-%28archetype%29 the divine strategist's master tactician ability replaces channel energy. However, PCGen is still allowing a cleric with the divine strategist archetype to make use of channel energy.
