Archaeologist Archtype Rogue Talent Not Available

When building an Archaeologist Bard, upon reaching 4th level the Archaeologist should be able to pick a Rogue Talent. This is no longer working. I suspect this may have to due with the 'fix'.

I built an Archaeologist from level one, adding one level at a time with it's associated abilities. When adding the 4th level, the Rogue Talent was not available.
