Alternative Monk feat qualification

Description

Brawlers, through Martial Training, are allowed to qualify for feats using their Brawler level as Fighter and Monk level.
While the Fighter part is coded, the Monk part isn't since feats that have a Monk level requirement are coded as MonkLVL, rather than with a FeatQualify variable like Fighter feats are.

I would like to have feats that require MonkLVL (which mostly appear in Ultimate Combat, Pathfinder Companion: Blood of Angels and Advanced Class Guide) to instead require another variable that could apply both to Monks and Brawlers.

A possible answer: grant all Monks a VAR called MonkFeatQualify, and grant Brawlers with Martial Training the same variable, and tie it to class levels in both cases.

Then, take every feat requiring MonkLVL and replace that variable with MonkFeatQualify. As mentioned, you can find most of those feats in Ultimate Combat and Blood of Angels. The ACG feats aren't coded yet, so we could add this while coding them.

Sounds good to me.

I changed this on GitHub last week but got reverted or something, could someone see about implementing this? I am already using MonkFeatQualify for Monk and Brawler feats on the ACG that I'm coding.
