PCTemplate with KEY: PP >= 1 which contains an equals sign (prohibited character in a key)

Description

I keep getting this warning when I load the 3e set

08:21:37.707 LSTWARN Thread-16 AbstractReferenceManufacturer:943 Found PCTemplate with KEY: PP >= 1 which contains an equals sign (prohibited character in a key)

Is this an actual issue or false alert?

A key of "PP >= !" seems pretty dodgy to me. I'd say this is a legitimate error. The template in question occurs in srd_templates_psionic.lst. I'd recommend a discussion on exp to determine if this is in accordance with standards and if not what t do about it.

This is unconditionally a data issue. The message is produced because "=" is a reserved character. See http://wiki.pcgen.org/index.php?title=Data_LST_Standards
