(PF) 10th level rogue can't take advanced talents in PCGen

According to here: http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/classes/rogue.html#advanced-talents , a rogue can access talents at 10th level (in which he gets his 5th talent.) However, PCGen is demanding 5 rogue talents be taken, thus delaying the acquisition of rogue talents until 12th level in PCGen

The same is true for the ninja and her advanced ninja tricks in Ultimate Combat.
