[Pathfinder] Archetype support for sorcerer bonus spells

Description

[Inner Sea Magic, Paizo Pathfinder Campaign Setting] contains an archetype which trades out specific sorcerer levels' bonus spells. So far as I can see, this is a new archetype trade and there isn't any support for turning these off in Core - I don't think I can work around without touching Core.

Happy to implement if SB/2nd are content, though I guess Andrew might want to hold this over to the FACT project for archetypes. Implementation would presumably be an analogue to the way sorcerer bloodline powers are done, with a set of TYPEs of SorcererBloodlineSpellLvlX on the archetype abilities tested by the relevant Bloodline ~ Bonus Spells abilities.

Yeah, this will need the FACT work up. Since this is the first encounter with it, shouldn't require the "TYPE" method.

Let me get the other SBs agreeing on our repo situation, and then we can proceed.

To use new system. Simply place FACT:BloodlineBonusSpellX|True with X being the actual spell level disabled, will trigger the disable for the New FACT system.

Example of new set up in use:

If you the wording is different in how they disable it, level me know. I'm figuring it's BloodlineBonusSpell but if they Sorcerer Bonus Spell or something else, speak up and I'll alter them all.
