Standard Bearer Archetype not replacing Mount class feature

Description

The Cavalier archetype Standard Bearer replaces the Mount class feature and it currently isn't. Not a big issue just annoying when you can't eliminate all the "Things to be done".

This was fixed as a result of the Archetype FACT migration. No new work required.

Nice to know the FACT replacement is doing well.

Tested with the current implementation autobuild for upcoming 6.05.04.
