When I apply the Enlarged Person spell as a Temporary Bonus it's calculating the attack bonus incorrectly.
9th level dwarf fighter with a +1 Dwarven Waraxe. Looking at the Troubleshooting Character Sheet I see the following:
Waraxe +1 (Dwarven/Adamantine) Melee; Number of Attacks: 2; Crit: 20; Crit Multiplier: x3; Reach: 5 ft. To Hit: +18 = +9[BAB] +5[STAT] +0[SIZE] +1[MAGIC] +3[MISC]
Which I believe is correct.
When I apply the Enlarge Person (spell) Temporary Bonus I see the following (note the -1 [MAGIC]):
Waraxe +1 (Dwarven/Adamantine) Melee; Number of Attacks: 2; Crit: 20; Crit Multiplier: x3; Reach: 10 ft. To Hit: +16 = +9[BAB] +6[STAT] -1[SIZE] -1[MAGIC] +3[MISC]
As I understand the rules, the magic property should not change. It should be +1[MAGIC].

Always with Enlarge Person...
Found the issue. As always, the fact Enlarge person can't follow the size change rules requires exception rules, which means the size change code that would have played nicely never activated. I really don't have time to redesign the system to be a nice one-size fits all, so I'm patching with a temp hack.
