Steelblood Archetype of Bloodrager does not gain Heavy Armor Prof at first level like it should

The Steelblood Archetype of Bloodrager from Advanced Class Guide does not give the Heavy Armor Prof at first level like it should. I see the line in the Class features, but when I go to add a piece of Heavy Armor to my character, it says I'm not proficient.
