Drow not using Race Abilities to store their values causing duplicates and non-removal.

I have a player that is creating a Drow Ranger with the Surface Infiltrator perk. When we bring up the character sheet if shows both Darkvision and Low-Light Vision. Another thing that we noticed was the list of Innate Spell-like Abilities it list Dancing Lights, Darkness & Faerie Fire twice in the Spell list. We have tried may things to get the duplicates off, but to no avail. I have enclosed the file for your review. Thanks
