Finding Haleen Trait - Skill not added to favored class

When the user with the Finding Haleen trait adds a level in their favored class, the trait currently adds a bonus "level 1" skill point vs a bonus skill point in the appropriate level.

Example:
Level a Pathfinder rogue character from Level 3 to 4.

• Character should get 10 level 4 skill points.

  • Instead character gets 9 level 4 skill points + 1 level 1 skill point.
