Issue with Fey Creature template
Description
According to Bestiary 3, the Fey Creature template is supposed to give a Special Ability for every 4 HD the base creature has. However, it only gives 1 special ability regardless of HD. I created a 16 HD creature and gave it the template, but it could only pick one special ability.
