STARFINDER - Mechanic Exocortex ability does not grant weapon/armor proficiencies

Description:
When building a mechanic, if the Exocortex class choice is selected, the character should gian proficiency with longarms and heavy armor at level 1. Neither proficiency is granted.

Additionally, the mechanic should gain weapon specialization in Longarms at level 3, along with it standard specializations.
