Can't take Penanggalen template
Description
The Penanggalen template from Bestiary 3 should be possible to be taken by any living creature of at least 5 HD. However, currently it can't be taken. The template says that the creature MUST be undead or already have the penanggalen template, while these should be the conditions to be UNABLE to take it.
