Can't take Dark Adept feat (Second Darkness)

The Dark Adept feat from Second Darkness part 2: Children of the Void, and reprinted in part 3 and 6, can't be taken currently. The prerequisite is race = Elf (Drow), but even if you have the right race, you can't take it right now.
